Regular attendance is vital for team members. Only by regular training and working hard will we continue our fabulous success rate.
Tuesday -The Baden, Ynyshir , Juniors/ seniors
Time...6pm-8.00pm Price per session ₤1.30
Thursday - Trerhondda Arts Factory, Ferndale, Peewees
Time ....5pm- 7pm Price per session £1.00
Friday - Tylorstown Sports Centre, Seniors and Juniors (13+)
Time....5.30pm - 7.30pm Price per session ₤ 2.00
Saturday - Bethel Chapel , Ferndale, Peewees and Preps (under 13's)
Time.....4pm - 6pm. £1.00
There is a charge of £10 per cheerleader a month besides the cost above.

Rhondda Rockets Starlight - 13 + (Juniors)
Rhondda Rockets Sensation - 16+ (Seniors)
We also have a new Hip hop team - yet to be named.
Coach - Chris Protheroe (Registered coach and dance instructor - British Cheerleading Association Cheer technique, I.D.T.A. , U.K.A. ,NCSSE masters level, CRB Cleared )

In addition to the above sessions members are expected to attend stunt camps.
